I love Dr. Yaftali's energy and personality. She is kind and compassionate. Unfortunately, I now had a bad experience a couple of times with making an appointment. The last couple of times when I tried to schedule online, nobody got back to me and it did not work at all. If you offer that, it should be monitored or otherwise, don't offer it.
